All orders will be processed and dispatched from Orange County, CA within 3-4 weeks (excluding US public holidays or office closures communicated on the homepage).

A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch of all orders. Shipping updates may be emailed directly from the carrier as required.

It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

FOR USA ORDERS

Standard delivery via ground shipping (2-8 business days) for all USA orders are included.

All domestic deliveries are shipped through USPS or UPS. Tracking is available. Should you require a signature upon delivery please contact hello@geminifusion.co.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We only offer shipping through UPS for trusted delivery of your package.

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at hello@geminifusion.co. If no tracking number has been issued, we will aim to resolve your issue. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a postage fee will be charged depending on your mailing country.
