At this time, we do not offer digital proofs. Each piece is carefully crafted based on the details you submit at checkout, so please double-check spelling and dates before placing your order.

How do I choose the correct size?

Do you offer exchanges if something doesn’t fit?

How do I send in my wedding dress or fabric?

 

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to mail your fabric. Production begins once your fabric is received.

 

 

 

How long does it take to make a wedding keepsake sweater?

 

Wedding keepsake sweaters take approximately 3–4 weeks to make once your fabric is received, as each piece is handcrafted with care.

 

 

 

Will my dress be cut?

 

Yes. A small portion of your fabric is used to create your keepsake piece. We recommend sending a section you are comfortable repurposing.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping times?

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Wedding keepsake sweaters take 3–4 weeks to produce after fabric is received.

Shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on the option selected.

Do you offer rush shipping?

At this time, we do not offer rush production. If you have a specific event date, we recommend ordering well in advance.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

 

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
