Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We have had many issues with packages getting lost via USPS so we ship via UPS.
My order shipped out on time but was lost in the mail. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for issues faced with the mail carrier/service. Please file a claim accordingly. Sorry, we DO NOT replace jackets that are lost.
Do you offer refunds if we get the jacket & it doesn't fit?
Each jacket is made-to-order especially for you. Even if the jacket has a common phrase, we do not accept returns.
When is my order going to ship?
Our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for our personalized jackets.
The wedding got cancelled so can I return the jacket?
All jackets are final sale.
